This is the 1979 debut album of the city pop masterpiece by female singer-songwriter "Koshimiharu". Many of Japan's leading artists, including Ryuichi Sakamoto, Yukihiro Takahashi, Tatsuro Yamashita, and Minako Yoshida, participated in the album. The album is entirely self-written, with arrangements by Minako Yoshida, and arrangers Makoto Yano, Ryuichi Sakamoto, and Mitsuo Hagita participated. This city pop masterpiece includes her debut song "Love Step", the POP numbers "Whimsical Highway" and "Love is a Funny Feeling", which feature impressive honky-tonk-style piano playing with Tatsuro Yamashita and Minako Yoshida on chorus, and "Winds of May", arranged by Ryuichi Sakamoto.
