A year after the group stopped performing at the end of 1972, the four members started to walk their own paths, and this is a live recording by Suzuki Keiichi (keyboards). The album features Nishioka Kyozo, backed up by Hosono Haruomi, and includes "Machiyuki Murayuki" and "Haruichiban." The songs under the name of Ohtaki Eiichi & Coconut Bank are already packed with the Niagara sound, and Yamashita Tatsuro and Onuki Taeko from Sugar Babe provide backing vocals. However, the highlight is the magic of Suzuki Shigeru's refined guitar. "Rainy Day in December," a representative work of Happy End that was also performed at the reunion concert at the National Stadium in 1985, is spectacular, with Suzuki Shigeru's performance as if he had Stephen Stills and Lowell George in his fingertips.
